1391837 - Blank page displayed intermittently when opening Xcelsius Dashboard containing Query As A Web Service (QaaWS) in Infoview

Symptom

  • If the Infoview preferences is configured to View documents 'in a single fullscreen browser window, one document at a time' or 'in multiple fullscreen browser window, one window for each document', if the Dashboard is opened several times and the QaaWSs refreshed, eventually a 'page cannot be displayed' error is displayed
  • Issue is specific to Internet Explorer
