1392744 - Successful instance of Web Intelligence documents are slow to open, even when using pre-cached HTML if drill is enabled

• WebI document instances are very slow to open if drill mode is enabled
• Once the instance has been viewed, performance remains slow and does not improve even though the XML is cached
• If the report is scheduled with the option to pre-load HTML (HTML pre-caching that creates the XML files in cache at schedule run time), it still takes a long time to open
• If drill is disabled before scheduling, the document instance opens in the expected time
