1393253 - Error: "The Crystal Reports charting component (sscsdk80.dll) could not be found" while opening the report from Enterprise

Symptom

  • Error: "The Crystal Reports charting component (sscsdk80.dll) could not be found" while opening the report in Crystal Report Designer from Enterprise on server machine.
  • Unable to see charts in report through Infoview or Central Configuration Manager (CCM)
  • Able to open the report and see the charts in Crystal Report Developer on Client machine but not on server machine.
