When calculating distinct count/running total on a formula, the running totals are not correct, it is off by 1 count.
Cause
This is due to nulls or blanks being counted as 1, when doing running totals.
Resolution
Calculate running totals by using "Manual Running Totals" formula and take care of the nulls or blanks within the formula.
