Symptom

  • Cannot run WebIntelligence report
  • Error 'A database error occured. The database error text is: Failed to run MDX query SELECT .. ON COLUMNS, NON EMPTY HIERACHIZE ..(WIS 10901)'
  • Error details: 'Error value REST_H  1HIER_REST for characteristic 0ACCOUNT is unknown'
  • SOFA logs show: 'RFC function call MDDataSetBW.SelectData failed' and 'Error value REST_H 1HIER_REST for characteristic 0ACCOUNT is unknown'.
