1398043 - EPM-PCM Collation for database 'PCM' is incorrect

Symptom

The following error will appear in the MSSchema.log when you run the database scripts.

Validating user roles....
User is not member of sysadmin.
User is not member of dbcreator User is member of db owner User has required access.
Validating database collation / sort order....
Creating new database.
Collation for database 'databasename' is incorrect. Existing database collation: SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS Required collation: Latin1_General_CI_AS Msg 50000, Level 18, State 1, Server *name\name*, Line 37
The current database collation is not set correctly.
