Symptom

It is not possible to print anymore in the SAP Financial Consolidation (windows client and web client)

Windows client:

  • "Error - no description (80040154)" when trying to print packages
  • "Exception of type "system.outofmemoryexception" was thrown when trying to print scopes or category scenario

Web client:

  • "Warning - An error has just occurred.
    Inform your system administrator that:
    Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))"     when trying to print controls
