Symptom

  • When Web Intelligence Rich Client is installed from InfoView, first logon fails when using AD or LDAP authentication
  • A second logon with same credentials is successful
  • Error: "No cms is running" when trying to logon with LDAP user
  • Error: "Login Failed" when trying to logon with AD user credentials
