1400592 - Save As dialogue missing the Title, Description and Keywords when saving an existing Web Intelligence document

• When you open an existing report , make an edit to it, then hit the save button.  a dialog box is displayed just as if this was the first time it was saved, the title, description, and Keywords are empty.
• If you open a report that you are the owner and do the same thing, it saves normally.
• When you use IE7 to do the exact same sequence, you also get a dialog box but it retains the report properties
