1400695 - BPC-MS: *ERROR* FX-200 No Rate Extract From FactRate

Symptom

  • User receives error "*ERROR* FX-200 No Rate Extract From FactRate" while running SPRUNCONVERSION for a specific month or group of months.
  • Issue usually limited to a single year, same month in other years may not show the error.
  • Issue often occurs for first month or last month of the year.

Note: This error is normal and expected when no rate data exists for the year, month and currency in question in the Rate application. This note addresses a possible cause when this error occurs after confirming that the rate data exists.
