1400989 - Is the Page Number Formula per Section a.k.a. PageInSection() function available in Web Intelligence?

Symptom

  • When the PageInSection formula is used in a section, it returns the current section’s page number. This page number is reset to 1 for each section.
  • The PageInSection() function was available in Desktop Intelligence and it was not available in Web Intelligence until BI 4.2 SP06.
  • An Enhancement Request has been submitted (Request ID: 100916) on Customer Influence to implement this functionality in Web Intelligence.
