1401609 - How does Round Robin work with Crystal Reports Server Embedded 2008?

In Crystal Reports Server Embedded 2008, it is possible to have multiple Report Application Servers and have requests be distributed among them.  How is this distribution done?

When using the .NET SDK:
Each new request will go to the next RAS server in the list of servers.

When using the Java SDK:
Each new request will go to one of the RAS servers depending on the result of a load calculation made internally.  So it is possible for multiple requests to all go to the same RAS server.
