1403651 - Desktop Intelligence reports are very slow to display prompts when refreshed in Infoview HTML view compared to prior versions

• Desktop Intelligence(DeskI) reports return prompts much slower when refreshed in Infoview HTML view vs. previous versions and in the DeskI desktop client
  • Ex: Large prompt is displayed in XIR2 when refreshed in Infoview within 1 minute, but in XI 3.1, it can take up to 17 minutes
• The larger the prompt, the worse the performance
• May seem to be related to date prompts initially but this is because most reporting databases will have many more unique entries for dates (especially those with datetime data type) than other types of data.
