1403675 - Unable to open Business Process Flow - BPC

Symptom

  • Users log on to BPC for Excel, they select "Open a Business Process Flow" and select the parameters.
  • When they click on the green/white check box in step 2 of 2, they are prompted to sign in again, but the login/password are not accepted.
  • After a few tries, they receive an '/OSoft' Application error box.
  • This happens for some users and in specific locations.
