1404568 - Launching the Web Intelligence Java Report Panel from Infoview within a frame produces "Error on set doc title"

• Launching the Web Intelligence Java Report Panel (JRP) from Infoview when Infoview is viewed through an HTML frame produces error:
  Error on set doc title
• Clicking "Close" on this error allows the JRP to continue loading, but a script error is shown at the bottom left corner of the browser
• The "Error on set doc title" message continually pops up as you continue to work in the report panel
• Error occurs in .NET and Java Infoview
• Error occurs only with the Java Report Panel and not with the HTML Report Panel
• Error occurs when the URL the test.html is launched from differs from the URL in the test.html file that calls the login.jsp or login.aspx
• This worked in XIR2 without errors
