1405228 - Open Document With Date Prompt Fails

The format of the date returned from an @prompt function is in the incorrect format.

1. Create @prompt in universe on a date object
2. --> to_date(@Prompt('Enter Period Id:','D',,Mono,Free,Persistent,,User:1),'dd/mm/yyyy           
   hh24:mi:ss')                                                  
3. Add the object (@Select(Report Links\Period Prompt Response)) to a WEBI report and it is displayed as 06/01/2008          
4.  Use same object in OpenDocument command and date is formatted differently and causes OpenDocument to fail (&lsSEnter+Period+Id
