Symptom

  • WebIntelligence Report Server crashes when attempting to drill down or up using any report (Mobile demo reports) or test report via Mobile 3.1 application
  • Example of error in log file: ERROR:dgDrillEngine:object's kind isn't correct [kdgDrillEngine.cpp;2572]

Other possible errors which may be experienced during drill down/drill up:

  • "Cannot initialize Report Engine Server. (Error: RWI 00226)(0x15)"
  • "Cannot retrieve the document with the obsolete token. (Error: RWI 00323)(0x15)"
