1407795 - Issues when viewing or scheduling Crystal Reports documents through InfoView or the CMC

Symptom

This issue presents itself in the following ways:

  • When viewing this report on-demand, the Crystal Reports Viewer just hangs until the web server timeout is reached
  • When scheduling, the following errors may be displayed or found in the log files:
    • (RCIRAS0240) A failure occurred while the server was processing report "<Report Name>"
    • A subprocess in the processing serer was forced to terminate. (RCIRAS0622) Internal error.
    • (RCIRAS0567) Timeout.
    • (RCIRAS0244)
