Change of pricing of products at Item level for Migrated Sales Orders is not possible.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Orders view.
3. Show All Orders.
4. Select the Migrated Sales Order XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the migrated sales order).
5. Select Edit button.
6. Select the View All button.
7. Select the Item tab.
8. Try to edit or change the Price of a product.

Price cannot be changed or edited.

Once the sales order is migrated to the SAP Business ByDesign system, the price for the item is not changeable and replicating same price calculation as in the legacy order may not be possible.
So legacy order item's net value is taken as migration price for the item in SAP Business ByDesign order and then this migration price is made read-only.

The workaround to resolve this issue is to cancel the migrated sales order and create a new sales order with required details.
To cancel the sales order set its status as completed i.e. block its further processing and create a new Order.

Follow the steps below to cancel the sales order:

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Orders View.
3. Show All Orders.
4. Select the sales order XYZ (XYZ represents the identification of the sales order).
5. Select the Edit button.
6. Select the View All button and go to the General tab.
7. Select the reason available in drop down list of Reason for Rejection.
8. Save the sales order.
