Symptom

When an Xcelsius line chart SWF component is uploaded into an Xcelsius Web part in SharePoint then character "<" is not displayed

Reproducing the Issue

1. install Xcelsius WebPart to the MS Sharepoint server
2. In Xcelsius, Add a portal connectivity (connection type: none), add a parameter and bind with a cell, say A1
3. Drag a chart on canvas and bind the chart title with this cell A1
4. Export the swf and upload to sharepoint
5. Change the parameter in sharepoint with some text starting with “<”, say “<this is a new title>” and observe the change of the chart title
