1409090 - Database ranking always defaults back to "Top" even when "Bottom" is selected if the interface locale has been set to a language other than English.

Symptom

  • Database ranking doesn't work properly if the product/interface locale is set to a language other than English.
  • If the ranking is set to "Bottom", it will default back to "Top".
