Symptom

  • No servers shown in 'Manage servers' option in BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) XI 3.1.
  • The Central Management Server (CMS) connection to the CMS database disconnects randomly.
  • If tried to add a new Server Intelligent Agent (SIA), it does not appear in Central Configuration manager (CCM).
