1410553 - Java Report Panel fails to launch "Unexpected error" (WIJ 20002) when editing a web Intelligence report

Symptom

  • When a user Edit a Web Intelligence report the following message appears during launching of the Java Report Panel: "Unexpected error. If you cannot reconnect to the server, close Web Intelligence and start again. (WIJ 20002)"
  • The report cannot be loaded on edit mode.
