1412573 - Error:"An error occurred at the server during the batch commit: REquest 0 of type 38 failed with server error..." in BusinessObjects Enterprise 3.X

Symptom

  • When Delegated Administrators assigns the Access Level to other users following error message is recieved:

"An error occurred at the server during the batch commit: REquest 0 of type 38 failed with server error: You do not have sufficient rights to make the requested security changes"

  • Individual rights could be assigned through the Advanced tab.
