1413237 - No Authorization to Configure An Activity in the Business Configuration Work Center

When a user configures an activity within Business Configuration Work Center, he encounters an error, which is similar as the following when editing Manual Entry of Bank Directory:

You cannot open this activity. Your user does not have the necessary work center assignment. You may contact your System Administrator to assign the Cash and Liquidity Management, Business Partner Data Work Center in the Application and User Management Work Center.

While working on those activities within Business Configuration Work Center, a user not only needs the authorization of Business Configuration Work Center, but also the relevant application area work centers.

Got to the Application and User Management Work Center and grant the user relevant access authorizations (assigning work centers to the user).
