Symptom

  • While performing a Business Objects client installation on a Citrix server, the installation hangs at the stage where the modules are being registered.
  • The modules word.dll, user.dll or ScopeBatch.dll are referenced.
  • If Citrix is un-installed, Business Objects client tools can be installed successfully.
