1415619 - 'Unhandled Exception' error trying to refresh a Desktop Intelligence document on a Windows Terminal Server

• Attempting to refresh a Desktop Intelligence document in the full client in 2-tier or 3-tier on a Windows Terminal Server throws the following error message:
  • "Unhandled Exception
    Code: c0000005
    Description: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION".
  • The tools.dll is referenced in the call stack
• The following errors also appear:
  • "Connection or SQL sentence error: (DA0005) - Unable to create a connection"
  • "A connection required to refresh this document is unavailable. (DA0004)"
• Accessing the Windows Terminal Server with a Windows Administrator User or running the Desktop Intelligence full client as a Windows Administrator User works without problem.
