1415653 - How do I clean out the webi and universe cache directories.

Just upgraded to XI 3.1 SP2. and have WebI documents that preceeded the upgrade. Those documents were created on a universe which is lableded as versin 10.2. Following the upgrade, and following an export (same name) of a an updated universe labled 11.0, when you go into edit the document, you do not see the new classess added to the universe as part of 11.0, and when you look at the properties of the universe, it shows the old universe properties. There is only 1 copy of the univers in the repository by that name and it is version 11.0. Further creating a new webi document shows and uses the 11.0 universe.
