- A user has not scheduled a report but it can ‘View latest instance’ successfully.
- When ‘View latest instance’ is clicked, a report can be showed up even if the specific user has no instances.
- When crystal reports saved without data, web/desktop intelligence reports refresh with opening, user click ‘View Latest instance' will refresh the reports.
