1416842 - Users cannot scroll to bottom of the Delete dialog box to access the OK and the Cancel buttons in the Instance Manager

• In Instance Manager, OK and Cancel buttons in delete dialog which is used for showing names, can't be moved to be seen by vertical scroll Bar.
• In Instance Manager, when the confirmation page of delete a number of instances contains too many rows, the confirmation button (OK and Cancel) will not show on the screen.
