1418305 - A copied corporate tiered dashboard from one folder to another is inconsistent in its behaviour

Symptom

A copied corporate tiered dashboard from one folder to another is inconsistent in its behaviour:The copied Dashboard does not get listed in "Corporate Tiered Dashboard" till such time we restart the AA Dashboard Server and log back in. 
Trying to open the copied dashboard gives message "Cannot find the specified dashboard. If you modified the Dashboard in InfoView, the Dashboard engine may not have applied the changes yet." 
While the above message comes, notice that the dashboard sub-menus are pointing incorrectly - sometimes to 'Total Electronics' demo dashboard menus or to other existing dashboard having sub-menus.
