When comparing the pdf file versions of two reports, one exported from Enterprise, and the other from full client Crystal Reports, they are different. Why?
Cause
The version of Crystal Reports and Enterprise, including service pack and fix pack levels, will determine the file version of pdf in which the export is generated.
Resolution
Ensure that the same service pack levels and fix pack levels are applied on clients and servers.
