1418978 - Opening a Crystal Report based on Access Excel data source returns blank report in Infoview.

Not able to view or schedule a crystal report having MS excel as database .returns blank when we try viewing from Infoview.

MS-Excel 2003

1. Open the properties of Server Intelligence Agent to make sure it is running under the domain account. If not, run it on a Service account that has 'Full Control' access to the Excel database.
2. Opened the report in Crystal Reports Designer and save it again to enterprise without making any changes.
3. Open the report in the Infoview to view the report with data.
