Symptom
- The following errors occur after applying SP2 for XI Release 3.1
- These occur when viewing Deski documents and usually occur after multiple documents are viewed/refreshed in a row
When Viewing a Desktop Intelligence document in InfoView
Cannot open document. - Error during import. (DX0005) (Error: INF )
When Refreshing a Desktop Intelligence document in InfoView
PrepareToRefresh failed (80043746) (Error: INF )
OR
Could not logon using the token provided. [RCIRAS9008] (Error: INF )
