1421585 - Java Report Panel session expires unexpectedly in Java InfoView

Symptom

  • Java Report Panel session expires unexpectedly while user is editing Web Intelligence (WebI) document
  • If user opens WebI document in view mode, and then goes to edit mode (starts Java Report Panel), the issue occurs
  • The issue occurs only in Java InfoView
  • Error: "The session timed out. The document <document name>.wid has been autosaved in the Favorites~WebIntelligence folder. Click Restore to retrieve it. (Error: WIJ 60001)"
