SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1422393 - Installing Businessobjects Mobile FixPack 2.2 gives "BusinessObjects Mobile Installer FP 2.2 Update can not install because the version of the product on the system is too low" error message

Symptom

  • Both BusinessObjects Enterprise 3.1 and Mobile 3.1 have been installed and have been upgraded to Service Pack 2
  • "BusinessObjects Mobile Installer FP 2.2 Update can not install because the version of the product on the system is too low. Setting the SKIP_PATCH_VERSION_CHECK property will skip this check."
