1422400 - Date prompt format is displayed as j.nn.aaaa in the prompt panel when viewing WebIntelligence reports in XI 3.1 FP 2.3 when Estonian is selected as browser language

Symptom

  • Date format in the prompt panel is displayed as j.nn.aaaa when viewing WebIntelligence reports.
  • Occurs when 'Product Locale' in Preferences > General tab is set to 'Browser locale' and the browser language used is 'Estonian'. 
  • Issue does not occur when choosing English as Product Locale.
