1424921 - Error: "wij 20002" editing a WebI document in the Java Report Panel previously opened in HTML

Symptom

  • Open a Web Intelligence report in InfoView
  • Clicking on Document > Edit, opens the Java Report Panel and throws the error message: "Unexpected error. If you cannot reconnect to the server, close Web Intelligence and start again. (WIJ 20002)".
  • Opening the details, shows the following information: "java.lang.RuntimeException: No Cadenza Server entity found for this session"
