Symptom

BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) master iView template is used to create SAP portal link to a BOE dashboard. If the ID in the iView is changed to display a different BOE dashboard, the iView will either

  1. Continue to display previous-configured BOE dashboard

OR

  1. Display blank window
