1426843 - Error: 'Operation Failed : You do not have edit rights' when attempting to edit the Data Connection in the Business View Manager

Symptom

  • Unable to edit the Data Connection.
  • Error when trying to change the user name and password in the Data Connection.
  • When attempting to edit the Data Connection, Data Foundation, Business Element or Business View in the Business View Manager, it fails with the error:
       
         "Operation Failed : You do not have edit rights"
