1429438 - Error : 'Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture.'

Symptom

  • Error while accessing Web Intelligence reports from the customised .NET application through Open Document URL.
  • Error :"Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. Make sure "CrystalDecisions.Enterprise.Strings.sdk.sdkstrings.resources.dll" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly " CrystalDecisions.Enterprise.Strings " at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.(Error:INF)"
  • The behavior is intermittent.
