The field OVR_CURRENCY is no longer in the Business Rule table for the Currency Conversion. It was available in OutlookSoft CPM 4.2 but is not there in v7, v7.5 or in EPM10. This is used to override the group currency. The OVR_CURRENCY field can be used to restrict the currency for which the rule can be applied. For example, if the value is USD, the rule is applicable only if the destination currency is USD.
