1432354 - Error "The server is not managed by Server Intelligent Agent" in a clustered environment

• One or more BusinessObjects Enterprise Servers does not work properly
• Central Management Server (CMS) is in "Stopped" state
• Some of BusinessObjects Enterprise Servers (e.g. Crystal Reports Cache Server) are in "Running" state
• The following message appears in the Properties of BusinessObjects Enterprise Servers (except CMS)

"The server is not managed by Server Intelligence Agent. Current command line arguments could not be retrieved. Server restart would be required if the command line arguments are modified.

• CMS trace log file contains the following logs

CSISocket::connectEx: Cannot gethostbyname for <machine name> 

CSISocket::ping - Couldn't init address for hostname <machine name> and family %d

CSISocket::ping - Couldn't resolve hostname for <machine name>
