1432354 - Error "The server is not managed by Server Intelligent Agent" in a clustered environment

• One or more BusinessObjects Enterprise Servers does not work properly
• Central Management Server (CMS) is in "Stopped" state
• Right click in a server and go to properties, see message
  "The server is not managed by Server Intelligence Agent." 
• CMS trace log file contains the following logs

CSISocket::connectEx: Cannot gethostbyname for <machine name>
CSISocket::ping - Couldn't init address for hostname <machine name> and family %d
CSISocket::ping - Couldn't resolve hostname for <machine name>

• BusinessObjects Enterprise 4.X
• Clustered environment
