1434375 - World Writable files found in BO XI 3.1 SP2 tree on Linux install

Symptom

After installing BO XI 3.1 SP2 on RedHat Linux a couple of files are world writable.

This is a description of a WORLD WRITABLE file (source: As per Center for Internet Security guidelines): [...] Data in world-writable files can be modified and compromised by any user on the system. World-writable files may also indicate an incorrectly written script or program that could potentially be the cause of a larger compromise to the system's integrity. [...]

The two files are:
1) <install path>/bobje/enterprise120/linux_x86/crpe/mw/registry/mwfc-ea6
2) <install path>/bobje/enterprise120/linux_x86/crpe/mw/registry/hklm_linux.bin
