Symptom

  • When Desktop Intelligence client tool icon in Citrix environment is accessed, following error message is received:

"[repo_proxy 13] SessionFacade::openSessionLogon with user info has failed(Active Directory Authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct….."

  • Without Citrix Environment, Single Sign On to Desktop Intelligence client tool works.
