Symptom

  • User tries to login to Desktop Intelligence or Web Intelligence Rich Client in 3-tier they face the following error message:

The server supplied the following details: OCA_Abuse exception 10503 at [.\exceptionmapper.cpp : 79] 42509 {9694, 9694} ...Access is denied.
