We have moved our EPO servers (- primary server) and ( - web server) to another Data Center. they were physically moved. IP address for those servers changed. After they were powered up, we tested the application and we saw that Single Signon is not working anymore. An "Access Denied" message appear. In order to login the user must use the shift logon option with the "local" password that users may have forgotten as they don't use it since years ago.
