Symptom

Invoking OpenDocument hyperlink does not display the intended BusinessObjects (BO) document. Instead, a timeout error is displayed with a hyperlink similar to: http://<hostname>/PlatformServices/service/app/timeout.do?service=/InfoViewApp/common/appService.do&appKind=InfoView&appName=InfoView&prodName=BusinessObjects
