1447398 - Cannot Access External Data when refreshing a LiveOffice connection

• When refreshing a LiveOffice connection in Xcelsius you receive the error:  Cannot Access External Data
• Detailed error message:
  'An error has occurred.
  For more information contact the file creator or your system administrator.
  Error {0}
  Connection Type: {1}

0. Launch Xcelsius
0. From the menu select Data > Import
0. From the Common Dialog window to select the file to import, locate a MS Excel document containing Live Office data, select it and click on Open
   the MS Excel document with LiveOffice Data is inserted in the grid
0. From the Xcelsius menu select Data > Connections
   the Data Manager screen is displayed
0. Click on Add
0. Select Live Office Connections
0. Select the connection displayed on the left pane of the Data Manager window
0. Leave the Session URL as it is
0. Click on the Usage Tab
0. Check the Refresh Before Components Are Loaded option
0. Click on Close
0. Insert a component i.e. Pie Chart and set the properties for the Data Values
0. From the Components / Web Connectivity drag and drop a Connection Refresh Button onto the canvas
0. Select the Connection Refresh Button
0. goto the Properties panel
0. Click on the Behavior tab
0. Check the Refresh After Components Are Loaded option
0. Click on the Preview button which is in the toolbar: the error is thrown

• the Session URL specified in the connection definition hasn't been changed from the default one (http://<webserver>:8080/dswsbobje/session)

• specify the correct Session URL in the Data Manager panel:

0. From the menu select  Data > Connections
0. Select the first available connection on the left pane of the Data Manager screen
0. Specify a valid URL in the Session URL
0. if there are other connections do the same for each one of them
