1447776 - An error has occurred: Item SI_ALERT was not found in the collection

In Business Objects Enterprise XI R2, a published Crystal Report has alerts that have criteria which were not met, and did not trigger the alert when the report was scheduled. When selecting the alert links, the alerts that met criteria and triggered display their properties. When selecting the alerts that did not meet criteria and therefore did not trigger, you receive the error "An error has occurred: Item SI_ALERT was not found in the collection."
